SK160BR-7 Excavator with Tiltrotator & Dozer Machine Control (Reference Display)

製品・サービス説明

We will present a reference exhibit of the 16-ton class short rear swing excavator “SK160BR-7” equipped with a tiltrotator and dozer machine control (MC). The SK160BR-7 is a versatile “dig, push, and finish” machine that can handle excavation as well as grading, embankment work, and cutting/filling with its large-capacity tilt-angle dozer.
The dozer blade features six-way movement (up/down, tilt left/right, and angle left/right) and a floating function, making it easier to perform fine grading tailored to on-site conditions. With a tiltrotator installed, the bucket (attachment) can be tilted and rotated, enabling more efficient slope finishing, trenching, edge work, and final shaping with fewer machine repositioning cycles. This helps reduce setup changes in confined areas, improves the ability to follow complex geometries, and can decrease the amount of manual finishing work required.
In addition, dozer MC assists blade operation to match target slope and elevation, contributing to improved grading accuracy and more consistent results. During the show, this will be a static display only, allowing visitors to inspect the actual machine configuration and installed components.

K-DIVE®: Remote Operation System + Jobsite Data Utilization

製品・サービス説明

K-DIVE®, the remote operation system for construction machinery, is an on-site improvement solution provided by Kobelco Construction Machinery that promotes jobsite DX through the remote operation of construction equipment and the utilization of operational data. By enabling heavy machinery to be operated from an office or other safe location, it reduces the risk of accidents associated with riding in the machine and helps protect operators from hazardous working environments. It also addresses the construction industry’s challenge of a shortage of skilled operators by allowing operators to be assigned without being bound by location, making it possible to carry out work that does not depend on specific people, places, or times.
The remote operation cockpit delivers operability close to that of riding in the actual machine. In addition, a single cockpit can be efficiently operated by switching connections among multiple machines. Furthermore, by visualizing machine operating conditions and operation history on the cloud, K-DIVE® contributes to reduced idle time and travel time, as well as improved productivity.
Because machinery can be operated remotely from a distant cockpit without going to the jobsite, the system is also effective for utilizing a more diverse workforce, as well as for training and skill transfer. By analyzing accumulated data, users can identify waste and areas for improvement in operations, thereby supporting the standardization of construction processes and enhancing quality.
At this exhibition, a truck equipped with the K-DIVE® cockpit will be displayed in the outdoor booth, where visitors can experience actual remote excavator operation. In addition, the cockpit and communication equipment required to operate K-DIVE® will also be exhibited. We invite you to see the actual equipment and experience how it can be utilized after implementation.

K-D2 PLANNER®: A Crane Construction Planning Simulation Software

製品・サービス説明

K-D2 PLANNER is a Revit add-in simulation software provided by Kobelco Construction Machinery.
With simple 3D operations, it enables automatic crane posture adjustment, automatic load factor and ground pressure calculations, creation of cross-sections and construction step diagrams, and interference checks with lifted objects.
This software is suitable for a wide range of sites, from construction projects requiring verification of the feasibility of the entire construction sequence to equipment, plant, and bridge construction projects requiring consideration under demanding site conditions.
It comes standard with crane lineups from four domestic manufacturers, including Kobelco Construction Machinery, it also supports importing external models, such as tower cranes.
Leveraging the extensive data and advanced functionality unique to a construction machinery manufacturer, it powerfully supports streamlining and enhancing the quality of construction planning. This achieves improved site productivity and more efficient, high-quality crane construction planning work.
At this exhibition, we will introduce the latest features scheduled for release in May. Dedicated staff will also conduct demonstrations and present use cases tailored to industry-specific needs.
Visitors can experience concrete post-implementation use scenarios firsthand at our booth. We invite you to stop by and see for yourself.
