RBT Series ZX200A-7 (Remote-Controlled Model)

製品・サービス説明

The RBT Series is a lineup of hydraulic excavators compatible with remote-operation solutions.
At construction sites, improving safety and productivity, enhancing the working environment, and developing skilled personnel in response to labor shortages have become key challenges. As one solution, customers have increasingly expressed expectations for remote operation and autonomous driving of construction machinery.
Remote operation of construction machinery is currently used in specific situations and industries, such as disaster recovery sites and environments where people cannot safely enter. For hydraulic excavators, remote operation has required significant machine modifications, making implementation labor-intensive and time-consuming.
Going forward, we will offer the RBT Series—hydraulic excavators compatible with remote-operation solutions—to customers engaged in general construction and civil engineering. Through this, we aim to enhance the working environment, improve safety and productivity, and strengthen workforce development, thereby further promoting co-creation with our customers.
At our exhibition booth, you can observe a live remote-operation demonstration of the ZX200A‑7.

KTEG P-Line

製品・サービス説明

KTEG P-Line
The excavator as a multi-tool carrier
The P-Line models, which include 1.7 to 30-ton class hydraulic excavators, are expected to be in demand across various industries such as urban civil engineering, plumbing, demolition, and industrial discontinuation. The P-Line system consists of an excavator, attachments, a fully hydraulic rotating quick coupler, and an automatic attachment recognizer. These components can be combined according to the customer’s industry needs.
With the P-Line, operators can change attachments from the cabin, allowing one operator to handle multiple tasks with a single machine. This significantly improves safety and productivity at construction sites.
For example, in urban road construction, excavators and various machines are used for tasks like soil excavation, root cutting, pipe laying, backfilling, and compaction. While excavators can perform a variety of tasks by changing attachments, the manual process of attaching and detaching pins and hydraulic pipes has traditionally been time-consuming and labor-intensive, posing a bottleneck for safety and productivity.
To address these on-site challenges, Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Group is deploying the P-Line, developed by KTEG GmbH, as a solution to optimize construction processes in Japan.

Zero Emission

製品・サービス説明

-Shaping the Zero-Emission Future: Innovative Technologies for a Safe and Sustainable Society-
Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Group is developing next-generation construction machinery and solutions under the theme of "zero emissions."
1. ZE85: This model combines battery-powered and wired operation, making it ideal for demolition work in enclosed spaces such as factories and buildings, as well as for infrastructure construction in environments where low-noise operation is required.
2. Multi-Charging Unit: Jointly developed with Kyushu Electric Power Company, Incorporated, this is Japan’s first* portable multi-charging unit (*according to Kyushu Electric Power). It supports various power sources and stabilizes the power supply in the field. This innovative portable charging equipment not only ensures continuous operation of electric HCM but can also be used in multiple ways across different fields, such as charging electric vehicles and providing emergency power supplies during disasters.

-Zero Emission Project - Thoughts on Cooperative Creation-
Through our zero-emission projects, we aim to contribute to a safe and sustainable society by electrifying construction machinery and utilizing renewable energy. At our booth, we have created a space for dialogue aimed at co‑creating the future of the construction industry together with all of you, fostering innovation and new possibilities.
