High energy density and high rate
The hybrid standard battery box adopts a high energy density design(>145Wh/kg), combining excellent lightweight characteristics with long endurance capabilities. It is also equipped with high-rate cell technology,which can quickly respond to high-power charging and discharging demands.
Designed to meet thermal performance and safety standards
The box uses a combined structure of an aluminum profile frame and a sheet metal cover, balancing lightweight design and impact resistance.
Durable and lightweight design
With an exclusive explosion-proof breather valve design, it achieves internal air pressure balance while having an emergency pressure relief function. The entire unit has passed the IP68 protection certification,making it fearless of harsh environmental challenges.
Efficient thermal management
The safety system constructs a fireproof barrier with UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant materials, and is equipped with an intelligent thermal runaway early warning system and efficient liquid cooling thermal management technology. This enables precise temperature control and advance intervention in faults, establishing a three-level protection network for cells-modules-systems, and comprehensively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the energy storage system in multiple scenarios such as power and energy storage.
