100–200 HP class wire saw machines & wheel saw machines with cutting capacity up to 2000 mm in stock for immediate sale.

製品・サービス説明

The Powerking self-propelled wire saw can move and position itself using its own wheels. With power of over 100 HP, it can easily and quickly cut structures that are normally difficult to process, such as bridges, steel structures, and underwater bridges. It is already in use in the United States, Japan, and Singapore. With wireless remote control and automatic cutting speed adjustment, the system allows easy setup and operation with minimal manpower. In particular, during the demolition of Bridge No. 3 in Minnesota, USA, two 100 HP wire saw units were deployed on site. The project was completed about 15% faster than the original schedule. By efficiently cutting a six-lane bridge quickly and safely, this project played a significant role in establishing Powerking’s presence in the U.S. market.

製品・サービス説明

While Husqvarna and other machines can typically mount saw blades up to about 1400 mm, the Powerking wheel saw can mount saw blades up to 2000 mm. It provides a cutting depth of up to approximately 800 mm and operates with a powerful 200 HP class engine. For operator safety, the machine can be controlled by wireless remote control. In addition, its tracked undercarriage allows it to withstand strong forces and deliver powerful traction during operation.

Powerking Rock Splitter

製品・サービス説明

Powerking Rock Splitter is an advanced hydraulic rock and concrete splitting system designed for safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly demolition and excavation work. Unlike traditional blasting or impact hammer methods, the Powerking splitter uses multiple hydraulic pistons that apply enormous pressure to break rock toward a free face. The system can generate approximately 1,000–1,400 tons of splitting force, allowing rock or concrete to be fractured within just 2–4 minutes after insertion into a drilled hole.

One of the most significant advantages of the Powerking Rock Splitter is its vibration-free and low-noise operation. Conventional rock breaking methods such as blasting or hydraulic hammers can produce strong vibration, noise, and flying debris, which may damage surrounding structures or create safety hazards. In contrast, the hydraulic splitting method produces almost no vibration or noise, making it ideal for use in urban construction sites, tunnels, foundations, and areas close to sensitive infrastructure such as gas pipelines, water lines, or electrical installations.
