iDig Touch2D

iDig Touch2D is a 2D machine guidance system that can be retrofitted to hydraulic excavators.
Wireless sensors measure the position of the bucket cutting edge and display depth, slope, and distance in real time.
By simply following the guidance, even inexperienced operators can perform high-precision excavation work. Bucket cutting edge accuracy is ±1cm, simultaneously improving construction accuracy and work efficiency.

The system uses a wireless sensor and solar charging, eliminating the need for wiring, eliminating the risk of cable breakage and enabling easy installation on a variety of hydraulic excavators.
No drilling or welding is required, and it is compatible with a wide range of models, from small to large. Easy installation and removal allow a single system to be shared across multiple heavy machinery, enabling efficient operation while reducing capital investment.

The system also features an intuitive LED display and touch panel interface, allowing operators to check depth and slope while working simply by following the on-screen guidance.
This significantly reduces the number of times the operator needs to leave the cab to check, contributing to improved safety and shorter work times.

iDig Connect2D (New Model)

iDig Connect2D is an expandable 2D machine guidance system that can be retrofitted to hydraulic excavators.
Similar to iDig Touch2D, the basic excavation guidance function measures the bucket blade position with high precision and displays depth, slope, and distance in real time. By following the guidance, even inexperienced operators can perform highly accurate excavation work.

While Touch2D is a model that allows for simple implementation of 2D construction, Connect2D is designed as a next-generation model with an emphasis on scalability.

Its greatest feature is its ability to be upgraded to 3D machine guidance in the future by adding a GNSS antenna or other equipment. Starting with 2D construction, the system can be gradually expanded in line with the progress of ICT adoption on site, ensuring a smooth ICT implementation.

Connect2D also supports swing boom mechanisms, allowing for accurate calculation and display of bucket blade height even when the boom is swinging left and right. This enables high construction precision to be maintained even in tight urban sites and complex excavation work.

What’s more, because it uses a wireless sensor that requires no wiring, there’s no need to worry about cable disconnections and it can be easily retrofitted to existing hydraulic excavators. It can also be removed and installed on other heavy machinery, ensuring efficient operation.

iDig Connect2D is a machine guidance system that supports on-site digitalization and productivity improvement as an installable ICT system with scalability that looks ahead to future 3D construction while retaining the ease of use of Touch2D.

iDig Connect3D is a 3D machine guidance system that can be retrofitted to hydraulic excavators.
Using GNSS and sensors, it monitors the position of the bucket cutting edge in real time, supporting high-precision excavation work based on design data.
It reduces the hassle of stake installation, improving construction efficiency and productivity.

The system uses wireless sensors,
eliminating the risk of cable breaks or tangles and allowing for easy retrofitting to existing hydraulic excavators.
It can be installed on any heavy equipment manufacturer or size, and can be mounted on multiple heavy equipment using an add-on kit, allowing for flexible operation.

The GNSS receiver is designed for use with a single unit, enabling cost-effective 3D construction.
In addition to construction using 3D design data, it can also be used to create simple drawings on-site.
It also supports design data formats such as LandXML and DXF, and supports data management using cloud services.
