Remote-Controlled Demolition Robots – Brokk

製品・サービス説明

Remote-controlled demolition robots manufactured by Brokk in Sweden allow operators to safely control the machine from a distance using a remote control system.
The robot’s unique three-arm system provides a wide range of movement, enabling flexible and powerful work despite its compact body.

Most Brokk robots are electrically powered, producing zero exhaust emissions. This improves the working environment in confined spaces and indoor areas and provides a clean operation with zero exhaust gas and zero CO₂ emissions.
(Diesel-powered models are also available where electricity cannot be used.)

There are 17 types of attachments available, allowing one robot to perform many types of work. Attachments can be easily changed by a single operator.

Brokk remote-controlled demolition robots are widely used in construction, tunnel projects, the steel industry, non-ferrous industries, cement plants, and nuclear facilities. They help improve safety, increase efficiency, and reduce construction time.

Key Features
・Remote operation enables work in confined or hazardous areas
・Compact yet powerful design
・Improved productivity and shorter construction time
・Environmentally friendly with low noise and no exhaust emissions
・Simple joystick operation
・Enhanced safety through remote operation
・Long reach for a wide working range

Water Jet Hydrodemolition Machine – ERGO GO

製品・サービス説明

ERGO GO, manufactured by AQUAJET in Sweden, is a compact and high-performance hydrodemolition machine equipped with advanced remote-control technology.
With remote operation, the operator can work from a safe location, greatly improving safety and productivity compared to traditional hand-held water jet work.

One of the key features of ERGO GO is the combination of a lightweight rail system using standard scaffold pipes and water jet technology. This allows powerful and precise work even in confined spaces or at height.
The machine uses ultra-high-pressure water up to 2500 bar (250 MPa) to selectively remove deteriorated concrete without damaging the reinforcing steel, enabling high-quality repair work.

The simple remote control and illustrated control panel allow operators to easily understand and set machine parameters. The machine is also quick to install and remove, improving overall job-site efficiency.

Key Features
・High safety through remote operation
・Lightweight and compact design
・Rail system using scaffold pipes for flexible installation, including curved surfaces
・Ultra-high-pressure water (up to 2500 bar) selectively removes deteriorated concrete
・Intuitive operation with simple remote control and illustrated control panel
・Quick installation and dismantling
・Reliable operation with minimal trouble during work
・Can be installed on floors, walls, and ceilings for a wide working range

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR): MALÅ Easy Locator Core / MALÅ MIRA Compact

製品・サービス説明

■ MALÅ Easy Locator Core
MALÅ Easy Locator Core is a compact ground penetrating radar (GPR) solution designed for utility detection professionals.
It provides high-quality data and real-time analysis support with MALÅ AI. Wireless data collection via mobile devices and cloud storage, data processing, and on-site reporting through MALÅ Vision connect the field and office, enabling efficient work.

■ MALÅ MIRA Compact
The MALÅ 3D imaging array (MIRA) is a high-speed GPR system that captures three-dimensional data in a single pass. It is an effective solution for GPR mapping over large areas.
MALÅ MIRA Compact uses the well-known MALÅ HDR (High Dynamic Range) real-time sampling technology, providing ultra-fast measurements and clear data. This solution integrates the entire workflow from data acquisition to processing, QA/QC, positioning, and interpretation.
