Construction Management - Cloud DEKISPART Series

Cloud DEKISPART is a new series of KENTEM that allows three construction management operations (photo, finished shape and quality) to be performed via the cloud. It can be accessed simultaneously by multiple people regardless of time and location, contributing to the reform of work styles in the construction industry.

1. Shakanya Cloud
Multiple people can perform photo management tasks at the same time through this service, which improves work efficiency. With no restrictions on time and place of use, this service can be used not only in the field office, but also at home or in satellite offices (e.g. remote work), contributing to work style reform.
The renewal of this service has greatly improved its ease of use and functions, and will contribute to further improvement of work efficiency.

2. Finished Shape Management Cloud
Control values are recorded in the cloud, and data is visualized in real time to facilitate understanding of the on-site situation. In addition, multiple people can perform finished shape management, reducing work time.

3. Quality Control Cloud [For Concrete]
Concrete management can be recorded in the cloud to enhance the quality of a construction site from remote locations.
The following data can also be linked with other systems.
- Photos and control charts for quality control
- Report files during remote inspection

The software is a BIM/CIM solution to visualize completed construction site. It creates new value by utilizing 3D models in all phases of construction, and provides time and ease to the construction site through the everyday use of ICT.
A new product in this series is scheduled for release in June!

1. SiTECH 3D : 3D construction data creation software
SiTECH 3D is software for real-time construction management, equipped with a 3D design data element analysis and extraction function to efficiently convert 2D drawings into 3D.

2. SiTE-Scope : Point cloud processing software for i-Construction
In addition to a full range of point cloud editing functions, SiTE-Scope can also tally soil volumes from 3D point cloud data and 3D design data, and create heat maps of the finished shape. It also has an extraction function to freely cut out cross sections and various measurement functions.

3. SiTE-NEXUS : Integrated model creation and simulation software
SiTE-NEXUS supports a wide variety of file formats, making it easy to create integrated BIM/CIM models. 3D illustrations and the 4D simulation function allow for a realistic representation of the image of the progress from the start to the completion of the project.

4. SiTE-STRUCTURE : 3D structure modeling software
This is a 3D structure creation software specialized for modeling civil engineering structures, which creates surfaces from 2D drawings and transforms them into 3D objects.
It is equipped with model calculation functions for "Composite", "Division", "Extract" and "Cutout" making it easy to create 3D models of complex shapes. It can accurately create not only dams and bridge piers which have been difficult to reproduce until now, but also small structures.

Mobile application for construction site - Kaisoku Series

The Kaisoku series is a mobile solution for the familiar use of ICT at construction sites. It enables partial optimization of construction sites and contributes to productivity improvement in the construction industry.

1. Kaisoku-Navi : ICT construction site mobile application
The "Kaisoku-Navi" is an ICT construction site mobile application linked with surveying instruments to enable a "one-man" operation for tasks that previously required multiple people to perform, such as positioning, setting stakes and checking them under construction.

2. Kaisoku Scan: 3D surveying application
This is a 3D surveying application that uses LiDAR-equipped iPad Pro to acquire point clouds in a short period of time. Once scanned, the point cloud is overlaid on an image of the real object.
The application complies with the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s regulations, so you can easily and accurately measure the finished shape on site.

3. Kaisoku AR : AR application for construction industry
This is an augmented reality (AR) application for the construction industry that allows anyone to visualize the shape of a construction object by projecting a 3D model onto the real world on a tablet. It also makes it much easier to explain the situation to the client and residents around the area. In addition, by linking with the "Kaisoku-Navi Adv edition" application, the 3D model is projected with high-precision positioning to support project members.
Kaisoku AR creates "a site that anyone can imagine and understand".
