Donaldson’s tailpipe water separator solution is designed to remove liquid condensed water from the vehicle tailpipe for efficient water management of the fuel cell vehicle.

Humidifier:
Humidifiers help protect fuel cell stacks by allowing the transfer of water vapor from the humid exhaust air to the cathode intake air system. A flat sheet humidifer starts with raw expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

Venting ＆ Membrane:
Donaldson’s low-profile vent features a protective body and retention cap with burst pins that pierce the membrane providing quick pressure relief at a rate of 25 liters/second @ 300mbar. All Donaldson dual-stage battery vents incorporate our proprietary Tetratex ePTFE membrane technology.
