Cat 320 is a 20-ton class Next generation hydraulic excavator equipped with technology as standard. In addition to 2D and 3D technology, it also features Cat payload, which accurately and quickly measures the loading amount, and E-fence, which sets the work area, to improve on-site efficiency. This is a hydraulic excavator that promotes safe work. Fuel consumption is reduced compared to previous models, achieving both excellent performance and low fuel consumption. On top of that, Cat 325 Reduced Radius configuration offers great dynamic and static stability, while the small rear turning radius makes it a general-purpose short-swing machine with tight maneuverability. i-Construction compatible hydraulic excavator.

Catの遠隔操作ソリューションである「Cat Commandステーション」は、対象機種をさらに拡充させ、さらに多くの現場で、さらに多くのお客様にご使用いただけるよう進化中です。危険を伴う作業、稼働現場が遠隔地となる作業でのご使用はもちろん、オペレータの作業環境を改善することで働き方改革の実現と生産性の向上にも大きく貢献します。「Cat Commandステーション」なら、2D/3Dのマシンガイダンスや各種のアシスト機能、Catペイロードによる荷の計測など、Catマシンに装備された各種のテクノロジに対応した施工も可能です。

併せて、お客様現場におけるCatマシンの有効活用をサポートするWebアプリケーション、「VisonLink」もご紹介します。「VisionLink」は、離れた現場で稼働するマシンの燃費、稼働場所、アイドル時間の把握といった稼働状況を見える化できるほか、稼働時間に合わせた定期メンテナンスの提案を受けたり、部品やサービスの発注依頼も行っていただけるソリューションです。また、稼働現場の積込み/運搬量や、3D設計図面に対する施工進捗や出来形を確認したり、マシン操作のアドバイスを受けたりなど、生産性の改善に直結する情報を得ることもできます。

This year, at the Cat stand, we have Cat Command Station to show the remote operating solution. This solution has been adding additional machines to be operated which will help more applications and more customers. This solution will be used in applications in hazardous and remote area, and reduce operator fatigues, which will lead to the more productive operation. With the Cat Command Station, customers can still use Cat technologies such as 2D/3D machine guidance, assist features and payload function to further improve the efficiency at the sites.
We are also showcasing the Web application of "VisionLink". With VisionLink, customers can visualize machines operation such as fuel usage, machine location and working/idling information, as well as getting informed of maintenance timing and also you can place order for parts and services through the platform. Also with the VisionLink, you can also improve the productivity by having the information of payload, grade and operator coaching related functions such as 3D design file transfer and grade jobsite visualization.

併せて、お客様がオンラインから部品を購入できるプラットフォーム「Parts.cat.com」もご紹介します。「Parts.cat.com」は最大140万点のCat部品がカテゴリやキーワード、部品番号等で簡単に検索が行え、ご注文履歴やリスト機能を利用することで部品検索の手間が削減できるソリューションです。

Cat Rebuild is one of the service solutions that extends the lifespan of major components of hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks, etc., by refurbishing them to maintain performance and productivity equivalent to new machines. Therefore, Cat products are designed to severe operating environments and to be repeatedly refurbished and reused through rebuilds. In 2023, all new Cat products (100%) have been improved to support rebuild/reman designs.
Additionally, rebuilds can simultaneously upgrade to the latest features.
We also introduce the platform "Parts.cat.com," where customers can purchase parts online. "Parts.cat.com" allows easy search of up to 1.4 million Cat parts by category, keyword, part number, etc., and by utilizing order history and list functions, it is a solution that reduces the hassle of parts search.
