High-solutions by MACOME sensors

製品・サービス説明

We develop, manufacture, and sell magnetic application products, including our six main products ’linear encoders’, ’linear displacement sensors’, ’automated guided vehicle (AGV) sensors’, ’magnetic proximity switches’, ’high-precision magnetic sensors’ and ’inclinometers/tilt angle detectors’.
We are currently developing magnetic application devices that are compatible with the in-vehicle serial communication protocol CAN (2.0A, SAE J1939) and the industrial interface standard ’IO-Link’.
MACOME products are the first and only in Japan to offer CAN J1939-compatible linear encoders for construction machinery!
With excellent environmental and shock resistance, we can support you from prototype development to mass production.
Representative application examples
- Detecting angles of a backhoe arm
- Detecting rotating parts of various construction machinery
- Detecting the angle of the erector of a shield machine
- Measuring the distance traveled by attaching a linear encoder to the inside of the wheel of a dump truck
- Detecting the rotation of a backhoe
- Detecting the inclination angle of construction machinery

Fully non-contact rotary encoders/rotary potentiometers

製品・サービス説明

Ideal for detecting rotation angles in adverse environments. With a maximum clearance of 10 mm, we have a lineup of completely non-contact rotary encoders and rotary potentiometers.
Since there is no mechanical contact, they are resistant to vibration and shock and have a long life.
Even if the axis is misaligned due to shock, they never be damaged because they are non-contact.

Linear encoders

製品・サービス説明

In addition to linear travel distance detection, they can also be attached inside or outside a rotating cylinder to detect angle, rotation position, and travel distance.
they have a long life because they can be used without contact.
In addition, they are not affected by dust because they only detect magnetic fields.
