お客様現場におけるCatマシンの有効活用をサポートするWebアプリケーション、「VisonLink」と「VisionLink Productivity」をご紹介します。「VisionLink」は、マシンの燃費、稼働場所、アイドル時間の把握といった機械稼働の見える化が図れるほか、稼働時間に合わせた定期メンテナンスの提案を受けたり、部品やサービスの発注依頼も行っていただけるソリューションです。また、「VisionLink Productivity」では、現場の生産量や出来形を確認したり、マシン操作のアドバイスを受けたりなど、生産性の改善に直結する情報を得ることができます。
さらに、Cat テクノロジとして、「Cat Commandステーション」によるマシンの遠隔操作ソリューションもご紹介いたします。災害現場や遠隔地での作業や、オペレータ疲労の軽減を可能とし、働き方改革の実現と生産性の向上に大きく貢献します。「Cat Commandステーション」なら、2D/3Dのマシンガイダンスや各種のアシスト機能、Catペイロードによる荷の計測など、Catマシンに装備された各種のテクノロジに対応した施工も可能です。

This year, at the Cat stand, we are showcasing the Web application of "VisionLink" and "VisionLink Productivity". With VisionLink, customers can visualize machines operation such as fuel usage, machine location and working/idling information, as well as getting informed of maintenance timing and also you can place order for parts and services through the platform. Also with the VisionLink Productivity, you will improve the productivity by having the information of payload, grade visualization and operator coaching.
Also, we have Cat Command Station to show the remote operating solution. This will be used in applications in hazardous and remote area, and reduce operator fatigues, which will lead to the more productive operation. With the Cat Command Station, customers can still use Cat technologies such as 2D/3D machine guidance, assist features and payload function to further improve the efficiency at the sites.

また防災・減災対策や働き方改革関連法対応にご活用頂ける、ミニ油圧ショベル用の現場内無人化施工キット「Cat Commandコンソール」を装着した0.09m3級後方小旋回型ミニ油圧ショベル Cat 303 CRを出展。電子油圧制御技術により、従来型のラジコン仕様機が抱える無人化施工時の生産性低下という課題を解決し「普段使いの防災建機」としてご活用頂けます。さらに建設施工段階のCO2削減という直近の最重要課題に対し、解決策の一例として現在開発中のCat 301.9電動バッテリ仕様を参考出品致します。

We are exhibiting Cat 308 SR Advanced Assist Specification that is equipped 2D machine guidance, Bucket assist, Swing assist , and E-Fence to improve productivity in small-scale earthworks. Utilizing 2D machine guidance function for Offset boom machine makes you improve the productivity of gutter or water catchment construction, and utilizing E-fence function make you improve the safety in Construction site with obstacles like power lines or roadside trees. In addition, we are exhibiting Cat 303 CR with Cat Command Console - Line of site unmanned construction kit, which can be used for disaster prevention or countermeasure for Work style transformation. EH control in Cat Next gen mini excavators with Cat Command kit solve the problem of reduced productivity during unmanned construction. Furthermore, we are exhibiting Cat 301.9 Battery electric machine, as an example of solution to reduce CO2 emissions in construction site.
