今回の CSPI では、8t 級の 308 CR アドバンストアシスト仕様に TRS (チルトローテータ) を装着した機械を展示いたします。
オプションで装備可能なアドバンストアシスト機能は 2D マシンガイダンスを標準装備、基準点から垂直・水平方向の距離がモニター上で確認できるため丁張作業や検測作業を省力、省人化と作業効率化に貢献します。さらに、バケットの角度を一定に保つことができるバケットアシストを活用し、仕上げ精度の向上も可能。2.5m幅道路の左右に制限がある場所や、上方に電線が通っている現場など上下左右を気にしながら作業が必要になる現場の稼働に安心・安全を与えるE-フェンスも装備。「上方」「下方」「前方」「旋回」 4つの境界で作業機、上部旋回体を完全停止し、作業範囲を制限し安心の機械操作と現場の安全を確保します。加えて、今回装着している Cat 純正チルトローテータは、左右 40度チルトに加え 360° の旋回が可能で、圧倒的な作業の自由度を提供。　制限がある現場での稼働の作業効率を一段上げ、安全で効率的な作業を実現します。

For customers facing a wide range of challenges on today’s job sites, including labor shortages, work style reforms, heat stress countermeasures, and safety requirements, Caterpillar presents a practical solution.
At this year’s CSPI, we will showcase the 8‑ton class 308 CR equipped with Advanced Assist and a TRS (Tilt Rotator).
The optional Advanced Assist package comes standard with 2D Machine Guidance, allowing operators to easily check vertical and horizontal distances from a reference point directly on the monitor. This feature helps reduce the need for staking and measurement work, contributing to labor savings, manpower reduction, and improved productivity.
In addition, the Bucket Assist function maintains a consistent bucket angle, enabling smoother operation and improved finishing accuracy.
The machine is also equipped with E‑Fence, providing enhanced safety for operation in constrained environments—such as 2.5‑meter‑wide roads, sites with limited lateral clearance, or job sites with overhead power lines—where constant awareness of surroundings is required.
With four configurable boundaries—upper, lower, front, and swing—E‑Fence can automatically stop the work tool and upper structure, restricting machine movement to help ensure safe operation and jobsite security.
Furthermore, the Cat^® genuine tilt rotator installed on this machine offers ±40 degrees of tilt and 360‑degree continuous rotation, delivering exceptional operational freedom. This significantly improves efficiency in restricted spaces, elevating both productivity and safety on demanding jobsites.
