Underwater Drone "Deep Trekker (Canada)"

The underwater drone "Deep Trekker ROV" is a high-performance underwater inspection and survey ROV developed by Canada’s Deep Trekker. Despite its compact size, it features a robust design and high maneuverability, making it an ideal tool for supporting inspection work in harsh underwater environments.

The model lineup includes the "PIVOT", which has a pressure-resistant structure capable of diving up to 305 meters, and the "REVOLUTION", which offers even higher performance and expandability for advanced applications. Additionally, the "PHOTON", capable of diving up to 120 meters, is built with industrial-grade materials, making it well-suited for precision inspections in confined spaces.

Both the "PIVOT" and "REVOLUTION" can be upgraded with IMU and DVL-based positioning functionality, allowing users to display their location and review captured data on a map after inspections. The development of such user-friendly features is one of Deep Trekker’s key strengths.

Pipe Crawler "PIPE TREKKER (Canada)"

The pipe crawler "PIPE TREKKER" is a high-performance pipeline inspection robot developed by Canada’s Deep Trekker. Combining a robust design with excellent portability, it enables precise inspections even in harsh environments.

In recent years, aging sewer systems and underground pipelines have become a major issue in Japan. Traditional manual inspections pose significant challenges in terms of safety, cost, and efficiency. As a solution to these problems, "PIPE TREKKER" is gaining considerable attention.

At CSPI-EXPO, we will be showcasing the "A-150" and "A-200" models. The "A-150" is compatible with pipe diameters ranging from 150 to 600mm, while the "A-200" supports 200 to 900mm. Both models are equipped with HD cameras with pan, tilt, and zoom functions. Additionally, battery operation eliminates the need for a generator, allowing for extended operation times.

Furthermore, "PIPE TREKKER" features a waterproof structure capable of withstanding depths of up to 50 meters, enabling underwater pipeline inspections. This allows for safe and efficient inspections in environments that were previously difficult to access using conventional methods.
