粉塵は近隣周囲に迷惑をかけるだけではなく作業員の健康被害も心配され、またビルなどの大型建物の解体現場は危険も多く重大災害も起きております。
さらに建設業界では人材不足、コストの高騰も問題となり、請負と同時に厳しい状況下の中、作業を進めているのが現状です。
そこで「解体現場での環境を改善して事故を無くしたい。また近隣周囲住民への粉塵の飛散を抑えたい」そんな想いで作られたのが『ウォーターバリア無じん』です。
ウォーターバリア無じんは、足場上部に取り付けてポンプで水をくみ上げミスト状にして散水し水のバリアをつくる特許取得の無人散布ユニットです。

電磁弁を使用して散水のON・OFFや場所をリモートで調整が出来る事から足場作業員の軽減が可能となります。
パイプには軽量樹脂を使用し軽くて強度があり、足場への取りつけも簡単になっております。

We remotely conduct sprinkling to suppress the dispersion of dust at demolition sites and improve the site environment!! The problems at demolition sites are vibrations, noise, and dust! Dust not only causes inconvenience to the surrounding area but also raises concerns about health hazards to workers. Moreover, demolition sites of large buildings such as skyscrapers are prone to numerous dangers, including significant accidents. Furthermore, the construction industry is facing challenges such as a shortage of workforce and rising costs. Amidst these harsh conditions, work is progressing simultaneously with contracting.

Therefore, ＆quot;We want to improve the environment at demolition sites and eliminate accidents. We also want to control the dispersion of dust to the surrounding residents.＆quot; With such intentions, ’Water Barrier MUJIN’ was created. Water Barrier MUJIN is an unmanned spraying unit with patented technology (Patent No. 7002013) that attaches to the upper part of scaffolding, pumps up water, atomizes it into mist, and creates a water barrier.

By using electromagnetic valves, it is possible to remotely control the ON/OFF of sprinkling and adjust the location, thereby reducing the workload of scaffolding workers. The pipes are made of lightweight resin, which is both lightweight and durable, making installation on scaffolding easy.
