FAQ For Exhibitor
Application and Exhibitor Regulations
-
How are booth positions determined?
-
The secretariat determines the layout based on the number of booths and the date the application was received, while also considering the following:
・Logistics and complexity of move-in/move-out and booth setup
・Nature of the exhibits
・Previous exhibition history
-
-
When will booth positions be announced?
-
Notifications are being sent via email, starting with large-scale exhibitors. All announcements are scheduled to be completed by the end of February. (The full floor map will be posted on this page once all exhibitors have been notified.)
-
-
I want to increase the number of booths.
-
All spaces were sold out in November 2025, and we are accepting cancellation waiting lists. Requests to increase booth numbers will also be accepted as cancellation waiting list entries. Please contact the secretariat.

I want to cancel my exhibition or reduce the number of booths.
-
In principle, cancellation of exhibition or reduction of booth numbers after application is not permitted. If changes or cancellations are unavoidable due to the applicant's circumstances, please submit a written document to the organizer clearly stating the details and reasons for the change or cancellation. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, regardless of whether the exhibition fee has been paid:
・From contract establishment to November 20, 2025 (Thu): 50% of exhibition fee
・From November 21, 2025 (Fri) onwards: 100% of exhibition fee

Preparation
-
Where can I obtain the exhibitor manuals?
-
Log in to the exhibitor my page and download the PDF from [Download Various Materials]. The secretariat cannot provide documents directly to construction companies or partner companies; please have exhibitors distribute them.
-
-
Please tell me about booth specifications.
-
Each booth unit measures 3m (W) x 3m (D), totaling 9 sqm. Please note that this is a "space-only" contract; wall panels, carpets, and other fittings are not included.
-
-
What are the booth height restrictions?
-
Height restrictions vary by booth size. Up to 5 booths: Max 3.6m. 6 booths or more: Max 5.4m. (No setback required.)
-
-
Please tell me about booth partitions.
-
Partitions for the back and sides adjacent to other exhibitors must be constructed using single-sided panels covering the entire boundary, with a height between 2.7m and 3.6m (up to 5.4m for 6 or more booths). If the partition is higher than the adjacent booth, the exhibitor with the higher partition must finish the exposed back surface facing the neighbor with a plain white panel (finished surface). In such cases, placing company names or logos on the side facing the neighbor within 1 meter of the boundary is prohibited.
-
-
What are the regulations regarding open sides?
-
If you install walls or structures (1m or higher) along an aisle (within 1m of the aisle), the total construction length is limited to 2/3 of that side (meaning at least 1/3 of the side must remain open). However, this regulation does not apply if there are no other exhibition booths located between your booth and the building structure.
-
-
I want booth drawings in digital format.
