The FARO Orbis is a mobile scanner that creates 3D digital data of your surroundings by simply holding it in your hand and walking around the site; the LiDAR rotates 360 degree to quickly scan your surroundings; the SLAM (self-location estimation and simultaneous mapping) algorithm creates reliable data and uploads it to the cloud, so you can start collaborating with your team right away. 狭い範囲の3Dデータが必要な場合や、スキャナーで取得した3Dデータに細部を補完したい場合に優れているのが、FARO Freestyle2ハンディスキャナーです。このハンディスキャナーは、タブレットなどの周辺機器やケーブルは一切不要で、単体でスキャンが可能です。スマートフォンをスキャナーにセットし起動するだけで、最大精度0.5mmで高品質な3Dカラーデータを取得します。
主な用途：
・電気設備や機械室内などの入り組んだ場所の3Dデータ取得。
・3m四方くらいの部屋の面積や寸法をすぐに知りたい場合。
・狭くて暗い坑道などの形状の3Dデータ取得。
