GeoMation 鉄筋出来形自動検測システムは、デプスカメラに接続したタブレットで撮影するだけで、鉄筋本数と鉄筋ピッチを自動抽出・計測します。クラウドとの連携により帳票自動作成にも対応しており、配筋検査作業の省力化を支援します。
三井住友建設さまの現場での実証では、 計測・帳票作成にかかる作業時間を従来手法の3分の1に短縮できました。配筋検査は2人1組で行うことが多かった作業ですが、システムを利用することで経験の少ない人でも1人で計測できるようになります。
本製品は、2023年12月に国土交通省の新技術情報提供システム「NETIS」に登録されました。（登録番号：KT-230214-A）

Our Rebar Inspection System automatically extracts and measures the number of rebars and rebar pitch simply by taking pictures with a tablet connected to a depth camera. The system also supports automatic creation of reports by linking to the cloud, helping to save labor during inspection work.
In a field test conducted by Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. the time required to take measurements and create reports was reduced to one-third of the time required by conventional methods. Rebar inspections used to be a two-person job, but by using the system, even a less-experienced person can take measurements by himself.
This product was registered with NETIS, the MLIT’s New Technology Information System, in December 2023. (Registration number: KT-230214-A)
