温水除草システム^®は、ヒートコイル式ボイラーにより約98℃の高温水を安定供給し、雑草の根部まで熱を浸透させて枯死させる、薬剤を一切使用しない環境配慮型除草技術です。生活道路や公共空間など、周辺環境への影響が懸念される場所でも、安全・安心な除草作業を実現します。

2024年12月には、国土交通省の新技術情報提供システム（NETIS）に登録され、公共工事への導入も広がっています（登録番号：QS-240026-A）。

CO₂排出量の削減にも貢献 ― バイオディーゼル燃料に対応
本機はバイオディーゼル燃料にも対応することから、今回、株式会社ユーグレナの次世代バイオディーゼル燃料「サステオ」（HVO100％）とともに展示します。持続可能性に優れたバイオマス原料からつくられている「サステオ」（HVO100％）」は、原料となる植物が成長過程で光合成によってCO₂を吸収するため、燃焼時のCO₂の排出量がプラスマイナスゼロとなるカーボンニュートラルの実現が期待される燃料です。従来の軽油と同等の性能を持ちながら、エンジン改造が不要な「ドロップイン型燃料」※であり、実用性と環境への配慮を両立します。

脱炭素を求められる公共インフラや自治体関連工事においては、評価対象となる技術といえます。

※既存のエンジンや燃料供給インフラを改造することなくそのまま使用できる代替燃料のこと

The Hot Water Weed Control System^® is an environmentally friendly weed control technology that uses no chemicals. It supplies hot water at approximately 98°C consistently through a heat coil boiler, allowing the heat to penetrate down to the roots of the weeds and kill them. This method enables safe and reliable weed control even in areas where environmental impact is a concern, such as residential roads and public spaces.

In December 2024, the system was registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s New Technology Information System (NETIS), facilitating its growing adoption in public works projects (Registration No.: QS-240026-A).

現場のゴミや砂などを回収し、散水・ブラシ洗浄・汚水回収を1台でこなし、スイーパーでゴミ回収した後に散水・ブラシ洗浄・汚水回収と別々のステップで行っていた現場の作業を同時に行います。洗浄幅が1755mmで、タンク容量も300Lのディーゼルエンジン式ため、広い現場にも対応が可能です。

This machine handles debris and sand collection, water spraying, brush scrubbing, and dirty water recovery—all in a single unit.
